- Both the half day charge and the full-day charge will be calculated by having the noon (12 o'clock) as a reference.
- Example 1.) If you rent a ZiL 520 from 9:00 on January 1st and return it at 17:00 on January 2nd 【Regular season daily rental price for two days will apply and will be charged 57,200 JPY. ]
- Example 2) If you rent a ZiL 520 from 12:00 on January 1st and return it at 17:00 on January 2nd [Regular season 1.5 days rental price will apply and will be charged 42,900 JPY. ]
- All the prices are tax-included.
Pick-up and drop-off fees
Rental and return is generally at Asahikawa BASE or Sapporo BASE, but pick-up and drop-off by
taxi are also available on demand.

- If you are picking up your vehicle at the airport, we will ask you about your flight in advance and wait for you in the arrival lobby.
- Please note that we cannot accept drop-off at any locations other than the either BASE locations.

Non-Operation Charge (NOC) System

- If renting becomes not possible due to the repairing of the damaged vehicle, customers will be required to bear a portion of compensation for business interruption. The repairing will be done at our designated factory and normally takes up to a maximum of 20 days.

cancellation charge

- For cancellations due to transportation service disruption caused by bad weather and natural
disasters, the cancellation charge will be fully refunded if cancellation and delay
certificates are attached.
(The transfer fee will be charged to the customer.)
Midway cancellation
If you decide to cancel the rental after the rental started, you will be required to pay half of the rental fee for the remaining days, that was decided in the contract, as a cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
- Credit card payment
- Within 120 days after the payment: The credit card payment agency will process the refund process.
- More than 120 days after payment: We will transfer the refund to your designated
account.

- Payment by cash transfer
- We will transfer to your designated account.(The transfer fee will be charged to customer.)
In case when the requested vans are unavailable due to accidents and malfunctions
If the reserved vehicle is unavailable due to an accident or breakdown by the previous customer, we will substitute the quoted vehicles with other available vehicles. However, if it is difficult to arrange a substitute vehicle, we will reserve the right to refund the entire amount received and cancel the contract itself. (In this case, the transfer fee will be charged to us.) Please note that we may not be able to substitute the quoted model as they are highly specialized vehicles. Thank you for your understanding in advance. In addition, even if your reserved car becomes unavailable, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to compensate for your round trip travel expenses, transportation fee, and accommodation fee, etc. for you to come to the designated location.
